Newish to yoga? Been a while since you’ve practiced? We now have a class just for you - Beginning Yoga with Patty.
This class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breath, proper alignment, body awareness and nervous system regulation. If you are new to yoga, or want to revisit essential concepts, this class is for you. In this class you will become familiar with traditional yoga poses, their functions and variations, and begin to understand how different yoga lineages converge and complement each other to create a well-rounded practice.
Beginning Yoga: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings at 9:30am.
