In Yoga Therapy Clinic we address common imbalances that can potentially lead to injury or dysfunction. If you have pain in your body, or you want to continue moving through life without pain, join us for an hour of therapeutic yoga postures designed to strengthen and restore. You will not only move your body but you will also learn about the causes for these common dysfunctions and understand the rationale for how they are treated. Each week we focus on a different body region. This week will focus on prevention and recovery from common afflictions that cause low back pain.
