Find true alignment from the inside out. Join us for a unique Blindfolded Yoga Experience designed to heighten your senses and deepen your practice. In a traditional class, we rely heavily on drishti, our external gazing point, to navigate balance, alignment, and for comparison. But what happens when that external drishti is taken inward? By removing your sight, you shift from how a pose looks to how a pose feels. Tap into your intuition, sharpen your proprioception, and discover a profound sense of presence.
This class will not be heated.
In this special barbell workshop we will pull out the squat rack and squat, press and lift with a focus on efficient and safe form to build strength through progressive overload. This is an introductory level class suitable and no previous experience is necessary. If you’ve taken G.A.I.N.S or Barbells this workshop is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself, gain new skills and get excited about how much more you can do.
Eclipse Hot Yoga will have a booth at this year’s Summer of Love 60’s-70’s-80’s Music Festival on Saturday, August 29 from 2-10 p.m. The festival will take place along Haddon Avenue between Strawbridge and Cooper Street.
