Schedule
These 2-hour sessions are dedicated to squatting, pressing and lifting. Squat racks will be set up allowing you to challenge yourself to squat heavier than we can in GAINS and Barbells class, and practice bench presses and other rack lifts. Barbell Club will be structured like a small-group training session and you’ll receive instruction and feedback with a focus on efficient and safe form.
This is an introductory level class and suitable for beginners, however it would be helpful to have taken GAINS and/or Barbells. If you already love G.A.I.N.S and Barbells this two-hour session is a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself, gain new skills and get excited about how much more you can do.
Need a reset? This is the class for you. We will move a little slower, we will stretch a little deeper. Connecting with your body has never felt so good. We will flow, we will move, we will take our time to come to mindfullness and breath. Good vibes only.

What is your mind telling you? To give in? To give up?
When we are asked to push beyond our physical limits we must seek the advice of our breath and maintain a helpful attitude. Our breath will guide us through the most challenging of practices. Our attitude will keep us focused and steady. Breath and attitude will certainly benefit our practice but also our lives. A practice carefully guided by the breath and an attitude of pleasantness, curiosity and ownership is masterful. Yes, you will be challenged. You may not have the ability to do all the postures I will ask of you. Hell, I cannot do some of the postures I will ask of you! But, breath and attitude are the means to advancement.
