This week in Yoga Therapy Clinic we will delve into ways we can more deeply understand the mechanics that drive the physical sensations we experience in our own bodies. As we begin to rethink our ideas about pain, soreness, discomfort, tightness, relaxation and beyond, we will learn to interpret these messages plainly and how to identify the physical manifestations of these messages within our own bodies. So the next time something feels “wonky,” you will have the tools to evaluate and assess your own body and make an informed decision on how to move forward.
