An hour of yoga designed specifically for runners. Whether you’ve been training for Broad Street or another big race, or logging miles for the pure joy of it, this class will improve your form and help prevent some of the most common running injuries. Discover how a regular yoga practice can make you a faster, stronger, more efficient runner without the overuse injuries that bring so many running vocations to a halt. All levels welcome.
