First meeting of the Spring 2025 Eat, Observe, Change program.
EOC is an 8 week program designed to systematically wean you off of sugar, processed foods and dairy so that you can better understand the effect that these foods have on your body. As you eliminate harmful and problematic foods from your diet, you will notice positive changes in your energy level, sleep, and overall well being. By the end of the program you will have a deeper understanding of the physiological effects of our food choices as well as the role our brains play in driving them. Your body knows exactly what it needs to thrive. In EOC you will learn how to listen to what your body is telling you, and as a result your relationship with food will evolve.
