Can you do barre without a ballet barre? Yes!
Inspired by the Lotte Berk Method, barre is a total body movement practice. It combines elements of ballet, pilates and yoga to strengthen and tone the entire body. Using light weights and props, class will focus on high repetitions, isometric holds and resistance to fatigue the muscles. Upbeat playlists and lots of tempo changes create a fun distraction to the deep burn that barre lovers crave.
